The location of the hotel was convenient, being right opposite a Colanades business park and close to other amenities. The room had decent facilities, including a phone for room service. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, providing an upgrade room and decorating it for a special occasion. However, the breakfast could have been hotter.
One negative aspect was the issue with the hotel's plumbing system, resulting in water being shut off for several hours during the day.

The staff at the hotel were really good, going above and beyond to ensure a warm drink was available for my little one, even though we checked in late at night. The English breakfast was delicious with warm pastries and croissants. The hotel provided plenty of parking, well lit and felt safe. It was in a convenient location for visiting family in the area and for my work-related activities. Cleanliness was also a standout feature.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect, being close to public transport and shopping areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing amazing service, room service, laundry, and a welcome drink. The rooms are fabulous and comfortable, with air conditioning, heating, tea/coffee facilities, soundproofing. We really enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture. The shower and free toiletries were also good. The dining options are also great, with a packed lunch, special diet menus, and breakfast. We were grateful for the quiet rooms on the fifth floor, which helped us to sleep during the day prior to our night shifts.
This place may not be very suitable for families. But the hotel provides leisure BBQ facilities, a game room, a children's menu, and lifts, which are good for those with special needs.

We had a lovely stay at the London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel, BW Signature Collection. The hotel's historic exterior is charming and adds to the overall ambience. The staff were friendly and cute, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Despite the hotel having some areas that require maintenance, our room was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. We were especially grateful for the air-conditioning during the hot weather. The hotel's attention to detail with the historic photos and artwork throughout the corridors added a nice touch. Checking out was easy, and we even received complimentary water for our journey home. despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if we find ourselves in Croydon.
